| I ended up getting the patcher up and running. In fact, I got all the way through to what I assume was the optimization. However, I received an error during that phase, which I ignored, and clicked the play button. I ended up unable to play as the launcher froze after clicking the play button. Now when I attempt to run the launcher, I receive 3 lines of gibberish as a "Web Message Error" Any thoughts? | |

| Most likely your login timed out. Close out of Internet Explorer, re-open it, and relog. | |

| I get one line of gibberish when my login times out. I tried what you just recommended and received the same error. | |

If you can change your system locale to Korea (for Vista/Windows 7 users) and then restart your computer and take a screenshot of the error, I can translate it for you.

| That's not Korean. You're going to have to change your system locale to Korea. | |

| My apologies. I changed the region thinking it was the system locale. I'll have the pic in a sec | |

| Apologies for the large pictures. I'm not good with computers, and my monitor is huge. | |

| Looks like the KSSN you used for your account was under the age of 16. So according to Korean law, you cannot log into a game or start one until 4 PM EST. | |

That was for one of his alternate accounts. There's no bypassing or fixes to this. :/

| Hm I just quick registered another account without setting a KSSN for it. Unfortunately I don't know how to navigate the pages so that I can set one up. Do you have any idea how this works? EDIT: I think that was the issue with the original account in the first place. I'll work with it. I just don't have a KSSN registered | |

EDIT: I think that was the issue with the original account in the first place. I'll work with it. I just don't have a KSSN registered You don't need to activate your account with a KSSN until you reach like SFC or something. And you activate it in-game.
Pretty sure unactivated accounts also get the same restriction as accounts with KSSNs under the age of 16. Guess you gotta wait until 4 and then try to rank up to activate the account with a KSSN over 16.

| Yeah you have to rank up to SFC to activate your account. But if the KSSN you're gonna use is under 16... | |
