Grenade Launcher shoots grenades (obviously). Where it shoots is fixed, but you can move your character to better hit your opponents.

Skadi's Circlet sends an ice wave. It is chargeable and also controllable. Those hit by the ice wave are frozen, obviously.
Skadi is a goddess of Norse mythology (along with Odin and his spear, Gungnir) and is associated with winter.

Fighter's Uniform grabs your opponent to unleash a flurry of attacks. I'm assuming it's lag sensitive.
